Whiskey Festival 10am-4pm

Following the conclusion of the Whiskey Run, let the Wilmington Whiteface Heritage Festival take you back in time to another era. With musket and canon fire, live music and the sound of the blacksmith's hammer on the anvil, visit with heritage craftsmen as they make their wares, learn firsthand what it was like to be a soldier in the War of 1812 and sample local whiskey and beer. The Wilmington Whiteface Heritage Festival is free and open to the public; 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

1812 Battle of Plattsburgh Encampment: 10am-4pm, Festival Field - Learn what a soldiers life was like during the War of 1812. Re-enactors in period clothing, tent encampment and live, period demonstrations.

Julie Robards and Friends: 1pm-3pm, Festival Field - Music and entertainment.

​Whiskey and Beer Tastings by Local Distillers and Brewers: 10am-4pm, Festival Field - Meet our local distillers and brewers, taste their wares and learn how fine, small batch spirits and beer are made.​

Heritage Craft Demonstrations and Vendors: 10am-4pm, Festival Field:  Heritage crafters and artisans doing demonstrations, answering questions and selling their goods.​ From quilting to blacksmithing, come watch our craftsmen and see what it was like to live in another era.

Raffle Drawing:  3:30pm, Festival Field - Take a chance on winning an assortment of local goods and spirits. (You must be 21 or older with a valid ID to bid upon alcoholic beverages).​

Speakeasy: 8pm-11pm, Pourman's Tap House (2 Whiteface Memorial Highway) The day continues into the night with​ a Prohibition themed gathering at Pourman's Tap House. Prizes for best period costumes, live period music by Crackin' Foxy, drink specials featuring local spirits and more.

The Wilmington Whiteface Whiskey Run is about Health, Fun, History and experiencing great regional spirits, not over consuming.
